Council’s are required to keep a record of all Development Applications approved under ‘Delegated Authority’ from the 1 April, 2008, where the provisions of State Environmental Planning Policy No. 1 – Development Standards (prior to 7 December 2012) or Clause 4.6 of the Inverell Local Environmental Plan 2012 (7 December 2012 onwards) have been used to vary established development standards, i.e. minimum lot size for the erection of a dwelling.
