State of Environmental Planning Policy

In response to the findings of the recent Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) investigation into corruption allegations affecting Wollongong City Council, Council's are required to keep a record of all Development Applications approved under "Delegated Authority" from the 1 April, 2008, where the provisions of State Environmental Planning Policy No. 1 -  Development Standards (SEPP1)  has been used to vary established development standards, i.e. minimum lot size required for the erection of a dwelling.
