What can I borrow?
All library members may borrow a maximum of 20 items at one time. Of those items a maximum of 5 of each type of non-print applies i.e. DVDs, Videos, CDs, Talking Books.
For example, a library member may borrow their maximum loan limit entitlement of:
20 books
OR
5 DVDs + 2 CDs + 13 books
OR
10 books + 3 DVDs + 5 Talking Books + 2 CDs.
How long can I borrow?
All lending items can be borrowed for three weeks.
Fees and charges
Fines are charged if items are returned late: 10c per item, per day. Library materials that are lost, damaged or not returned must be paid for by the borrower.
Renewing My Items
Items can be renewed no more than two times. This can be done in person, over the phone or via the Library Catalogue. If an item is reserved it can not be renewed and must be returned by the due date. An after hours chute is available at the front of the Inverell branch.
