Citizens Request Entry

What is it? - As part of Councils ongoing commitment to better serve the public, Inverell Shire Council has added a "Citizen Request System" tool to its website to allow citizens to communicate common requests, for example:

  • Dumped Rubbish
  • Kerbside pickup - missed bin
  • Kerbside pickup - new service
  • Street Trees
  • Access Maintenance
  • Road Grading - gravel
  • Growth control - timber
  • Growth control - slashing

Note:

All URGENT matters need to be reported either by phone or in person to Councils Administration Centre. To view Council's emergency contact details click here.

Council will store information provided by you so they can appropriately respond to any request for service.

This information will be kept secure and confidential by Council systems and employees. Council will not disclose this information unless Council are required to do so by law.

An issue tracking number will be generated after you have entered your request. Please write this tracking number down and use it when referencing this Issue. This tracking number will be needed if you wish to make a status inquiry.

This Citizen Request Site is intended for NON-EMERGENCY-MATTERS.
