As per Council Policy and Legislation, certain types of Development Applications (DA's) require public exhibition in the Inverell Times and on the Council's website. Should any DA's currently be under exhibition, you will find them listed below:

  • Environment protection licence under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 – Environment Protection Authority.

The Development Application and the documents accompanying the application may be inspected for a period of 35 days from 1 December 2017 until 5 January 2018, between 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, at Inverell Shire Council’s Administration at 144 Otho Street, Inverell.

Written comments regarding the proposal will be received by the General Manager until the 5 January 2018.  If the Submission is made in the way of an objection, the grounds of the objection must be specified in the submission.
